WORST MACHINE EVER!! I am VERY, VERY disappointed!

RUSTED Heater plate, completely unacceptable RUST is everywhere, the pot has even fused to the rust on the heating plate. The Coffee Leaks from decanter spout every time you want to pour it, its a very poorly designed and not well (at all?) tested product. I have NEVER had a worse experience with a coffee machine and at this price point its an insult, its a unfortunate they dont, cant, wont service this better. Love this machine

We read a lot of reviews and looked at a lot of different machines. We've had this one about a month now and it's been great. I don't know why we waited so long to get one. It's a bit shorter than many models so it sits nicely under our low cabinets. I took the time before setting it up to watch the videos and read the short instruction book. Just opened the unit up, did the start up procedure, and wham, the coffee boiler plate does not heat up. Cold as ice.

Adding joy to our lives

So far it’s amazing, great coffee and easy to operate, we’ve literally used this every day since setting it up. In the evening my wife and I have found a new relaxation, it’s fun!

Huge crack

Plastic cracked behind carafe within 2 weeks of receving coffee maker

Frother does not work

I bought this and within a week frother stopped working-replacement unit was sent and frother worked twice-So frustrated! Makes good coffee but I bought it specifically to make lattes. UGH

Disappointing at the Highest

After owning this machine for nearly 6 months the expresso is not working. The trickle of the water went to zero. I’ve cleaned it multiple times before and after the trickle started. I’ve owned other units but not a dual unit. This by far the worst I’ve owned and experienced. Don’t be fooled by the dual design.

Great Coffee Maker but Leaks

I really enjoy this coffee maker and the espresso machine works well. Makes a great pot of coffee and stays hot 2-3 hours. It started leaking last year and has damaged our wood countertop. We added a mat under the coffee maker which helps keep it dry. Overall I would buy this coffee maker again.

We love our De'Longhi coffee/espresso machine!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and it quickly became a boomerang gift. Something that was beneficial to both he and I :-) We love it. It took a minute to get used to how the espresso part / steamer worked but once we got that down we were good to go. Now we love having our afternoon cappuccinos and my friends love the espresso martinis!

Difficult

I received this item for Christmas, my second one. When it comes to the espresso side, I have the hardest time connecting the portafilter. It should not be that hard.🥹then the drink comes out cold. I do more work trying to fix my drink and by that time, Im frustrated.

We are enjoying our new coffee and cappuccino maker. It is easy to operate and makes delicious drinks! An acquaintance is also interested in buying one after sampling a cappuccino!

Makes great coffee and espresso

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best coffee machine I've ever had, plus it makes Espresso! The cone filter area pulls and swings out and the metal filter just lifts out for cleaning. There is an area next to the filter that you pour the water in for the coffee, which is unique and it works great. I've only made espresso a couple of times but it's super easy if you read the directions that are included. Two THUMBS UP!

Great addition for my small office!

I love that I can make any type of coffee drinks at home . I love that it has milk streamer. The machine looks very elegant and looks great in the kitchen. Literally the best

It can look scary when you go through the directions but once you figure it out, its truly simple and easy to use. I even got little espresso cups to go with it!

There is a bit of a learning curve to it, so definitely not something for a newbie. having to start and stop the machine is not something I look forward to either. I just want to get my coffee/espresso and be ready for the day.
