I liked the whole concept and it was not expensive, but the rubber in the area that is supposed to go over the bathtub faucet spout, was so stiff and unmanageable, that it rendered it useless for me. I even followed the directions to let that part of the rubber soak in hot water to loosen it up, but it still would not work. I ordered this for same day delivery. The package had been opened and the showerhead and connector were missing. I wanted to return it, but Lowes only allowed an in person return. It would cost more in Uber fare to bring it back to store. Disappointed.
