Would Not RecommendI have discovered that I'm not alone. The DCA1820 adaptor is permanently attached to my drill. I thought that was a (poor) design feature. I cannot remove the adaptor. And if the battery is left attached to the drill, it does not hold a charge as the old NiCad batteries did. I may now forced to purchase an additional adaptor for my reciprocating saw. In fact, I had to take my final purchase to the store to be removed by store personnel who struggled with it. The quality control by DeWalt has gone down.
