Nearly useless

The hose broke on the very first use. Taped it back on and kept going. Then, it died after about 15 minutes. I thought maybe there was an issue with the battery pack. Nope. That's how long it lasts on this tiny battery. So, without buying a bigger battery, you can use this vacuum for 15 minutes with a broken hose. Fast forward a few months and the hose broke on the other end now, too. This is a garbage product.

The tube broke off at the connection point

This happened within one year and only a few uses rendering it almost completely useless.

Sucks

It is a better Blower than vacuum, battery last less than a usual "rendezvous"...rally, really disappointed...

Not typical DeWalt quality.

The unit does not work. Either the battery is bad or the on/off switch is bad. The unit turns on and runs for about 5 seconds and then shuts off. The battery is fully charged. I need a replacement or full refund.

This is a must have tool for your took box.

Perfect size

Light weight, free battery does not make it 20 min

It’s light weight but the free battery… does not last 20 minutes. I have other dewalt batteries and have to change them out to complete jobs.

Battery and charger are horrible

Purchased cause price was nice to come with a battery and charger. Assumed already the power would not be great but as someone else shared the battery does not stay attached to charger! You have to force it and hope there is absolutely no wiggle wherever it is! Does not latch in/clip in/anything in (sides of it should keep it in, nope). Slightest movement removes it from charging. Horrible setup by dewalt.

It's a bit lacking

The Good: Comes with a battery and if the battery is fully charged it works fairly well. It is a nicely portable body. The Bad: The power degrades quite quickly so the draw on the battery is substantial The Ugly: The main hose easily pulls out of the body housing; the hose is short, so it is common to stretch to max. This part of the assembly seems flimsy.

Great addtion to the Workshop!

The machine it's self is great, however, the battery is only 1.5 Amps. Run time is limited to about 20 minutes. You'll want to get an rigide extention for the hose to get in the tight places and a higher Amp battery. All in all worth every penny even without the items I mentioned.

Convenient and handy size. I use this vacuum more than I thought I would.

Charger/battery connection issues

A cordless wet vac is only useful if you can actually use it. The connection between battery and charge is so bad it's near impossible to get a charge, and without a battery this is just a very large paperweight. The battery struggles to stay connected to the charger, and easily falls off/loses contact with the charger with even the slightest movement. Every other system I've used (Ryobi, Harbor Freight) have a nice click and lock so the battery cannot escape. Maybe if you already have an exist...

Wife likes it

Wife took it from me for herself, has her name on it. Got it out used it once, showed it to the wife and it was gone. Now resides upstairs in living area for small pickup jobs, not in the garage where it was bought for to clean out cars
