Battery falls out!
The battery keeps falling out. It’s the worst when you are using the light, battery falls out and you are in the dark. Dewalt should have design it so the battery actually locks in place. Not cheap when you add the cost of light and the battery to be so unreliable. Better off with a candle.

No battery or charger. Only mentioned on the box
I wasn't told online that I would need a battery and charger. So I have a piece of a product and I don't know if it works or not. Customer care just disappears on you. How do I know which charger and battery it takes?? I'm very disappointed.
