Would RecommendI have a problem area that is subject to structure expansion/contraction I was able to use this to build up the area and so far, so good. Although it is somewhat flexible, it sanded easily using the 'screen' sandpaper for the rough, first sanding. It did have a tendency to clog the screen, but I guess that's to be expected if it is not to become brittle. Shop-vacing the screen helped. It turns out that this is the same product as DAP Alex Flex, but the blue label is specific to Lowe's.
