Love the filter but the pitcher needs work

Great filter. Amazing even. Not much more to say on that. The pitcher though, uggh. Two main problems for me are the odd angle for the spout to dispense the water. I routinely have to nearly have the pitcher rotated 90 degrees to get water out of it. I know the water is good, let me get to it. Secondly, and most annoying is the pitcher opening where you pour in the water to be filtered. The top slides forward, towards the pitcher dispenser. This is different as I'm used to ones that o...

Poor Re-Design, Going Back to the Old Model

I have the 10 cup zero water pitcher and have loved it but wanted to upgrade to this since it now filters forever chemicals. I am returning it however because of poor design. To fill this up, you have to fill up the top container with water multiple times. So that means waiting for it to go down, then refilling, 3 times. With the older version, i could fill up once and it was enough. They removed one of the best parts of the older model, which was the extra spout at the bottom. They replaced it ...

Possible issue for some people.

It is so heavy I can’t pick it up. The filter is huge. I will say that the water is delicious but I can’t take it out of the refrigerator because if it’s weight.

Difficult to place/remove, leakage around filter

I received my pitcher a few days ago. The filters was not as easy to install as the instructions led. It is hard to place with out leakage and once it is turned to lock in place it is difficult to remove. It does pour better than the old zero filter pitcher. Will continue to try it and see if there is a learning curve for easy insert and removal of the filters.

Save Coffee Maker

I bought this to replace the older version Zero Water pitcher. Main use is to filter water for the Keurig Coffee maker. Works fine. My issue is the meter located under the handle. Very difficult to see, however it does light up when the levels get exceeded.

Clean and Easy

The water from my pitcher tastes incredibly clean. It is easy to set up and use. I traded hauling water in big jugs from a water store to filtering my own water. So much more convenient.

A very effective filter and pitcher combination

After one month of reasonably heavy use, I get a "0" contaminant reading while using tap water (appx 200 reading).

The only drawback is that the 10 cup pitcher is very heavy for me.

Great product

I like the pitcher a lot. Sooo much better than Brita. However...I already need a new filter as my has a lot of TDS. So...I am not sure if I can keep buying the filters as I am on a limited income.

From 423 ppm to 0!!

The tap water in our area was very bad. It started out reading at 423 ppm. After filtering it went to 0! Before we used to use a Brita filter and we tested it as well and found it only went down to 383. Not good!! I am so happy we purchased this product!

Great water pitcher filter!

I have been using the culligan zero water pitcher filter for 5 months and I think it’s a great filter! The water tastes great, it really filters out so much more than most other filters on the market. I love the size and shape of the 10 cup pitcher, it fits perfectly in my fridge without taking up a lot of space. It’s easy to refill, it doesn’t take long for the water to filter through. Complete redesign with sleek new shape, much needed functional quick pour spout, test meter now stays attached and reads right from pitcher, new and improved filter and is not interchangeable with old version pitchers, I had a little difficulty putting new filter in which is no longer a screw type

poor instructions

Just purchased the 10 cup, no instructions regarding the TDS meter, What does the orange light indicate ?. What does the graph telling me ? What is the meter telling me ? Too much fluff on your web page, not enough useful information.

The BEST water filtering system I’ve tried….period

The filtered water coming out of this system tastes better than anything I’ve tried! Highly recommend you try,one. I’m moving from a Larq pitcher….no comparison.

Culligan has new filter

Just ordered, if it does what is advertised. This could work out one for each of my family members.

Good tasting water but poor filter degradation

Water tastes great from the new filter and the pitcher is compact but a good size for being in the fridge or outside, and holds a decent amount of water. However after just one month the filter has started leaking a noticable taste into the water of activated carbon (or something else) which is more unpleasant than other brands which just get worse at filtering, instead of adding taste. TDS meter says 1, which is below the replacement level of 6, and I noticed the taste even when it still said 0...
