What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the water quality, describing it as crystal clear and pure with no strange aftertastes. The five-stage filtration system effectively removes chlorine, lead, and pharmaceuticals, delivering a noticeable improvement over tap water. The integrated TDS meter lets users visually confirm purity and track filter life, which reviewers call essential. The 32-cup capacity reduces refills and eliminates reliance on plastic bottles. A small group reports filters degrade faster in high-TDS areas, and some note the rear-fill design requires removing the entire dispenser. Despite these minor concerns, most customers find the water quality and convenience highly worthwhile.

Good Product, Except the Leaking!

I originally started using the ZeroWater pitchers and dispensers for years, but thought I'd try out the Culligan ZeroWater line to compare. Comparing to the regular ZeroWater dispensers, I like that the Culligan line changed their filter design so it's easier to put in. The TDS Meter tests the water as it's in the dispenser makes more sense, and the water spout is nicer so you don't have to press and hold a button the entire time you dispense water. The reason I can't give 5 stars is because of...

I’ve been using Brita for a couple of months and decided to try Zerowater. Its really a game changer. Filtration takes longer than Brita but its worth it! Clean tasting water, 0%contaminants for our family. Planning to get bigger the stainless tank soon!

Much more user friendly

This is far superior to the Zero Water decanter that this replaced.

Short duration filter

Water quality is good while filter lasts, however, the filter only lasts for a couple of weeks for our family of three. Water has a sour taste when digital monitor reads 150 and higher. Given cost of the filters, it is not the value I expected.

Bad tasting water

Don’t know why but after a few months our water tasted awful. We have been changing the filters on schedule

5 days filter life bad

Easy to install and great tasting water in minutes. But having to replace the filter every 5 days it's crazy! I feel bad for recommending this product out of impulse. As soon as the light turns red, even when the water has 4ppm, the water gets this rancid/sour rubbery taste that just gets worse and worse.... bottle water ranges from 25 to 105ppm and it tastes great 👍 this with a 4 to 13ppm tastes awful. Trash. Filters should last 2 months at least.

Bad filter life

We purchased this filtration picture and are very disappointed in it. The filters do not seem to.last long for the price. We put a new filter in ours a month ago and already the water is tasting funny. I think k the filter should last longer than a month. There is only 2 of use using it so I feel this is a waste to have.

tastes funny

Currently talking to your AI. The water has a vinegary taste and smell. Trying to figure out why. We shall see if it has a remedy as we work through the steps being advised to remedy the situation.

Expensive Filters

I bought this 2 months ago and getting ready for my 3rd filter change. Zero readings only last about 2 weeks. The water tastes good but it's getting expensive replacing filters alot sooner than I thought I would. I wouldn't recommend. I may go back to my Brita it may not filter quite as much, although it's pretty close, but at least the filters last over a month almost 2.

had ZERO System for years

Filter life is 1/2 that of original ZERO. Pitcher itself is heavier.

Great filtering and water taste

At the moment I live in the U.K. I bought your jug filter and decided to use up my brita filters as well. So I filtered with brita then culligan. My husband noted how amazing the water tasted! I plan to buy one for my daughter in San Diego as I feel water needs to be filtered well and culligan does it!

Noticeable Improvement from Original Zero Water

Would Recommend

We've had our Zero Water tank for a while and living with hard water, it's been a savior for our pet fountains and table top ice machine. The old tank was slow to fill, this one is quick and the spout is a definite upgrade. If you're on well water and not into the slightly odd taste of minerals, this is a must buy.
