Love the filter but the pitcher needs work

Great filter. Amazing even. Not much more to say on that. The pitcher though, uggh. Two main problems for me are the odd angle for the spout to dispense the water. I routinely have to nearly have the pitcher rotated 90 degrees to get water out of it. I know the water is good, let me get to it. Secondly, and most annoying is the pitcher opening where you pour in the water to be filtered. The top slides forward, towards the pitcher dispenser. This is different as I'm used to ones that o...

Pretty great

I purchased this solely for watering my orchids and carnivorous plants. Haven't tasted the water...but I should! Anyway, glad to have this option vs setting up an RO system which would have to be rigged in my patio as there is nowhere else. I was tired of always buying distilled gallons of water.

Poor Re-Design, Going Back to the Old Model

I have the 10 cup zero water pitcher and have loved it but wanted to upgrade to this since it now filters forever chemicals. I am returning it however because of poor design. To fill this up, you have to fill up the top container with water multiple times. So that means waiting for it to go down, then refilling, 3 times. Possible issue for some people.

It is so heavy I can’t pick it up. The filter is huge. I will say that the water is delicious but I can’t take it out of the refrigerator because if it’s weight.

My water tastes pure now. We love it! I can fill a glass of water at night and still drink the next morning without an after taste. T

Orchids, anyone?

Purchased this for my orchids and carnivorous plants. Works well. I rent and have no good spot for an RO system and was tired of always buying distilled. This is a perfect option.

Difficult to place/remove, leakage around filter

I received my pitcher a few days ago. The filters was not as easy to install as the instructions led. It is hard to place with out leakage and once it is turned to lock in place it is difficult to remove. It does pour better than the old zero filter pitcher. Will continue to try it and see if there is a learning curve for easy insert and removal of the filters.

awkward design

Very awkward to use. My old style pitcher was much better balanced and easier to use. I like the new style filter. The new large dispenser TDS light is constantly on and has not worked correctly from the first time I filled it.

Filter is hard to put in

We had the Zero Water pitcher and it needed replaced. We got the Culligan and it didn't start well. I took everything out, washed it and prepped the filter. I put it in and it clicked. I filled it and the light on the tester came on. I didn't understand. After emptying it and looking it over, my husband had to put the filter in again. Apparently I can not turn it far enough so it doesn't leak. Now it's working great. I hope all the filters aren't like that or it's gonna be an issue.

Save Coffee Maker

I bought this to replace the older version Zero Water pitcher. Main use is to filter water for the Keurig Coffee maker. Works fine. My issue is the meter located under the handle. Very difficult to see, however it does light up when the levels get exceeded.

Clean watet

I feel assured that I am now drinking clean uncontaimed water. The taste is clean

Clean and Easy

The water from my pitcher tastes incredibly clean. It is easy to set up and use. I traded hauling water in big jugs from a water store to filtering my own water. So much more convenient.

No more Fluoride!

I have the original ZeroWater pitcher and love it and have used it for years! I bought this new one because it takes fluoride out! Also I have a lot of chlorine in my water, it goes in yellow and strongly smelling of chlorine and come out clear and clean. I would 100% recommend this water filter. I don't know what I would do without it. Thank You!

A very effective filter and pitcher combination

After one month of reasonably heavy use, I get a "0" contaminant reading while using tap water (appx 200 reading).

The only drawback is that the 10 cup pitcher is very heavy for me.

It's comforting to have pure water!

After buying the 12-cup Culligan pitcher and filters online, I happened to see the 7-cup pitcher with filter while out shopping, so I bought that, too. They're easy to assemble (read the instructions provided!) and it's comforting to know our drinking water is clean and pure. I set the subscription for new filters to arrive periodically. Better Newer Version

I've been using a month now. I do like this version much better than the previous one. I just wish they had warned us these new ones won't take the old filters before actually going to buy some. This one goes together easier, the top stays on [yay] and the meter is right in the pitcher. Good upgrades.
