Probaby my best bread machine. It is more compact than my older ones and very attractive. So far I have only used it for dough and that comes out perfectly. I will soon try some of the delcious-sounding recipes that came with it.

Need more timing details
Would RecommendThe machine works great, is light weight and takes up little space. I gave it a 4 star because the manual does not provide detailed timings for each knead, rise and cook time.This would help to decide which setting to use depending on my particular mix.

Easiest Panel to Read
Would RecommendAlmost all bread makers have tiny triangles to indicate desired bread color and size. My wife has vision problems and cannot read those. Cuisinart was the only bread maker I could find that one button shows a loaf of bread with the color and the size button displays numerals in the panel as 1, 1 1/2 or 2. And the loaf comes out of the pan much easier than a previous brand. She loves it. I highly recommend Cuisinart.

Love Quisinart brand: Bread Machine doesn't cut it
Would RecommendThis Quisinart Bread Maker replaced another brand's which I had used for 20 years. I don't need one to bake the bread, just to knead and sometimes proof dough. Unfortunately, this Quisinart doesn't have the power my previous mixer did and it cannot handle my denser doughs. It may be great for light dough and baking so a failing grade would be unfair.

Would RecommendOverall, I’m really enjoying this bread maker! I’m on my 7th loaf. It has been consistently good at delivering the loaves I like and the right size. The functions are super simple and the bread pan is easy to clean. The size is nice and small enough for a small kitchen. I love that it indicates when to add add-ins and remove the paddle. My only cons is that it is a bit louder than than I’d like and I wish the paddle could remove automatically. My tip for anyone that gets it is to try some other ...
