Bought mine 10/2020. It worked fine until it seems to have died this month. It's not steaming the water though there's a full tank, the light it on, and I'm hearing it try to work. I even bought a replacement tank late last year after I dropped the old one, because it seemed to be chugging along. It's a simple product, I expected it to keep working longer.

Would not recommend - purchased 2 of these units

Purchased 2 of these units one pink and one white. They are impossible to clean the base and tiny mould spores grow on cannister base as a result. There is also a very bright light when it is on. I frequently have to wrap the humidifer with several blankets to hide the light. From time to time they also make a water bubble sound that can startle baby. My pink unit is still working but in fact by white unit will no longer mist anymore. Nice design though asthetically.

Best humidifier ever

I have this product for years and it made such a difference in my quality of life: I breathe and sleep better and I have fewer sinus episodes. The breeze spreads evenly in the air and the device is also very silent. Definitely a buy!

Replaced under warranty

Replaced under warranty. The only reason I purchased this unit is because the original unit went bad within months of original purchase. I ended up paying full price for a similar unit if I had purchased elsewhere. Not worth full asking price at their website, regardless

Poor quality materials

Had to throw away within 20 minutes. My daughter dropped the top about a foot off the ground resulting in the bottom from separating from the tank. Clearly our fault and hence can’t return but shocked by the quality for such a light drop to break the water container.

White humidifier

The white is actually quite purple. The company was kind enough to send me clear tanks to replace the “white” tanks

Can't get clean

While this humidifier runs great, very quiet and efficient, it is impossible to clean!! I have even reached out to customer service asking about it and nothing has worked. We had to throw the top away because even though I followed the directions and used distilled water, there was gross buildup. Would like to try the top-open version of this product and see if it is easier to use.

No More Stuffy Nose

Cool Air Mister allows me to sleep without getting a stuffy nose. It brings just the right amount of moisture to my bedroom.

Gets the job done

I like the range of the dial/ amount of mist but hate the fact that there is a light. The light brightens the whole room and when using it aside a crib for baby this is really inconvenient and basically purposeless other than telling you it’s not working which would be obvious without the light.

Looks and works great

Bought this a year ago and it is perfect. Easy to use. Keeps our dry NYS house static free.

Mold and Mildew

This thing accumulates so much mold and mildew that your constantly cleaning and some is so hard to get. I hate it for that reason. It’s disgusting.

UNSAFE - Do not purchase!

We left this running in our 11 month old son's bedroom overnight and came in this morning horrified to find that the room was intensely cloudy and smelled like engine exhaust / smoke. Our fire alarm actually went off once the rush of smoke came into the hallway. There should be some safety mechanism to turn off when the engine is overworked. We will not be using this product any longer.

Great Hunidifier BUT

My daughter bought two 1/2 gallon size units over a year ago. My wife had a stroke in June 2020. We were concerned about the air quality in our home. We purchased an air quality meter which measures particulate matter in the air. We couldn't figure out why our air quality was in the unhealthy range. Great Humidifier

I bought this humidifier month ago I am thankful that I did it. I have 3 children a 5-year-old boy, a 2-year-old boy, and 2 months baby girl. My two boys suffer allergies before I bought the humidifier they were not able to sleep too well during the night. But when we start using the humidifier they were able to sleep well and their allergies were less. Very Quiet

Gives off a wonderful mist. A very soft sound that is not annoying and can barely hear it.

Quiet, and easy to fill

We have 2 of these and have been using them in the winter seasons for about 3 years now. I love how easy the tank is to fill, how quiet (silent!) it is, and how the mist actually projects up in the air...and I can even point it towards my child's face while sleeping. The only thing I would improve is making it easier to clean the tank....but honestly it's not that hard and I've never found a better one
