Does not mist after a year.

Stopped shooting mist out even after I cleaned it so it’s pretty much useless.

Works well despite being hard to clean mildew

I’ve had this for less than 2 months and clean it twice a week (for newborn). While it works well and has nice features, the tank seams are not sealed around the bottom back rim well and has pink mold/bacteria going in it. I’ve tried everything to get it out and nothing is able to get to it. I wish there was a solution to this problem. However, it looks like I need to buy a completely new humidifier for my baby.

Takes forever

Don’t bother buying from pathetic Lowes! Apparently you make the purchase at Lowes but the order has to wait on the manufacturer to ship, even though it says the item is in stock…. Not at the Lowes warehouse but some other third fourth or fifth party warehouse! So you get a negative result because you took forever to get something IN STOCK moving in a timely fashion. Junk

We bought 4 of the black and blue version. They all suck 2 don't stay on and 2 leak . What a waist of many. I will stay away from this brand for sure. Only used for a couple of months. Got tired of dealing with water everywhere. And 2 machines not working at all

Loose seam led to pink mildew

After one season and meticulous cleaning, the basin developed pink mildew I cannot get out despite multiple attempts and re-cleaning. There seems to be a gap between the seams that created a space for mildew growth that cannot be cleaned. Please send a replacement basin. The motor also got louder after a few weeks, but the mildew bothers me more.

Light and sounds no longer work

We bought this last month and after 2 weeks the light and sound function stopped working. The most works great but would have liked to enjoy the lights and sounds for more than 2 weeks

Wrong description

The description on Lowes web site said this humidifier is for 401 to 1000 square feet but the Crane owners manual says it is only for up to 500 square feet. I intend to return it.

Beautiful and Functional!

This is the best humidifier I have ever had, it is great that it fills from the top. I love the grey color, and how it makes the colored lights look slightly subdued.

Very thoughtful design that makes it very easy to fill the water tank and nice looking also. Silent operation unless you activate the sound machine for a relaxing sleep along with the light that changes color. I am very pleased with this machine.

Doesn't put out as much humidity as my old crane machine does, otherwise it is great.

Simple to operate and does keeps dry air at bay.

Works so well and has different functions!

We have been using this humidifier every night since we got it and it's definitely helped us sleep through the night better - we live in dry Vegas! I love that it has so many different functions - works not only as a humidifier but also as a sound machine and night light. It also works extremely well - the output is just amazing. It's our favorite humidifier!

Great quality

It definitely helps me sleep better. The sounds are great, the settings are good to be able to change it and the colors of lights are really cool. I wish the scent pads lasted longer though

Actually used it in my room before the baby arrived to help relieve my sinuses, and it worked great! Moved it to the nursery once baby was born, and i miss it lol. Great humidifier

Purchased this humidifier for baby and very happy we did, have used it very often through the changing seasons. I originally did not have the top fill option and realized how much work would be to clean/refill water. Glad I switched to this one! Has a cute light option and white noise, just wish the sound on white noise was louder

Great humidifier

Love this humidifier! The detachable cord and top fill features are so great. I only gave 4 stars because the sound machine feature is just a little too quiet, I wish it was louder. Other then that I love it!

Great features!

I bought this and used it for the whole winter. My son loves the nightlight and sound machine features. I love the top fill. This ease of cleaning this humidifier is incredible. I will be replacing our other humidifiers with more of this one next winter.

Love this product!

I love the top fill drop cool mist humidifier. I had an older one and it was very hard to clean. This one not only looks nice it is easy to clean! The added sound machine makes it easy to fall asleep. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a great humidifier!
