Does NOT work as advertised

This lasted about 2 days on my door. Prepped the surface, pressed it on for a minute, left it to cure for 24 hrs, but no amount of prep can save it from warping from the sun, I suppose. Certainly not "outdoor" (since it didn't even with INDOORS) nor tolerant to the temps posted on the box! Warped not only the decorative hook, but the plastic part underneath as well. This even happened in the winter... in Indiana just from the sun streaming in through my storm door.

Don't stick like they used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought command strips and I can't even get them to stick to the wall. They used to work really well anymore they're terrible. They're not cheap and they still don't stick. So disappointment

Strips pulled right off the vinyl siding

I followed the directions- cleaned the vinyl with alcohol, put on the strip and the first one came off when I was removing the hook and the second held the item for approximately 5 seconds. did not work at all. very disappointed

Heat intolerant?

I used the 5 lb command hook to hang a lightweight wreath on my new door. I followed all the instructions. It was great for a few weeks, and the the hook and wreath fell off. I assume it was because the space between the storm door and the actual door can become very hot in the afternoon sun. I purchased another hook, and made a consistent effort to keep the inner door open in the afternoon. The second hook still fell off. I have to assume the adhesive melts in the heat. What’s the answer here?

LOVE THEM!

I love ANY Command hooks! I love to decorate for halloween and these do not disappoint! Hold very well even in the Miami humid weather.

Elegant wreath hook

Great for Hanging Plants

It worked wonderfully and has held up to all kinds of weather! Plus it meant I didn't have to drill into our shed and then worry about weather proofing the spot later. I would definitely buy them again for outdoor use!

Finally, a hook that holds!

Did not stick at all.

Honestly these did not stick at all for some weid reason i used 3 different packages and opened a fourth just too see if it was me and nope no luck because they were not able to even stayed stuck to the wall. I believe the adhesive was bad.

Last year I put one of these hooks on our front door for a Wreath.. this year I'm wanting to use one on stone. Does anyone have experience with using on Stone or Stucco? The one from last year is still up and works perfectly with all seasons of decor.

Attractive Hook

Great for a decorative wreath!

It matches well with my outdoor light fixtures and holds a substantial decorative wreath on the door. I like this hook better than the over the door hook which scrapes the paint from the door frame.

Looks Good, Performs Great, Stays Put!
