I will would have to say this is my favorite coast flash light... And I definitely love the upgrades they did to it.

Fire hazard

I've owned several Coast flashlight and 0 trouble,bought the new TP9R and 2 times there been switched on in my pocket and 1st time melted a bottle cap to the lens and yesterday caught a paper towel I had in pocket on fire,the button is too soft and turns on Very easily

Warranty

I had this light for 3 years, it operated brilliantly but after time the light began to flicker. It had a lifetime warranty, and with all warranties I was skeptical of it being replaced without hassle. Coast made the warranty replacement so quick and smooth, so impressed with their execution!

Great flashlight!

My husband uses this for picking through garages at estate sales (our obsession). Very bright and the charge lasts a long time.

Uses both types of batteries. Has 2 ways charging.

The way this flash is set up you can charge from either the battery, the flashlight itself or install common batteries; making it every useful.

Does the job well

Loved the TP9R that I had until it stopped working. But coast lifetime warranty is 100% amazing. They shipped me a new one and it has even BETTER features! (Able to change the battery without having to remove it from the flashlight) I'll be getting any new equipment here before anywhere else.

Bright flashlight

It's a great little flashlight, super bright-unlike alot of the owners writing reviews, complaining that the battery must "physically " be removed to be charged... not so. Simply twist the end cap, by the red ring and pull back as you twist. The chaging port can then be accessed. Easy peazy

Long battery life, built tough,great investment for a reasonable price

Solidly built and the controls are intuitive

The "zoom lock" feature is very useful. No more constantly adjusting the beam. The light is bright enough on the dispersed setting to navigate through the woods without having to point the light on every item in your path. I would buy this again.
