Worst Design Ever
Would Not RecommendNot sure who designed this product, but they should be fired … had my wire closet rack fall after 20 years and my prior support brackets actually wrapped around the rack. Unfortunately, you can’t find the support brackets so I got these. Worst design ever … the claw barely covers age rack, and sits on top so doesn’t hold the rack up at all. Even with tension, it’s like they push the rack down vs hold it securely up, which is what you need. Again, fire the designer as clearly they cut corners wit...
