Would Not RecommendThis is not my first time using carbon steel or cast-iron. Been through the seasoning of many pants that I’ve had for 10 years some for 25 and even 30 years. I know how to bring it up to temperature slowly without it working and for most of the cook cycle it was fine. But now is worked.

Would RecommendHeavier than I thought and better quality than I expected. I have an old 3 burner Weber; it works great! Did burgers and I learned to let the pan get really HOT!🥵. Burgers will brown better. One other piece of advice…IMPORTANT follow the instructions and take the time to season this pan properly. It took me over 2 hours; but, it is worth the effort.
