I think its a great product.

Lasted 2 summers and is already falling apart. Screws keep coming loose, wheels are bent, whole grill leans sideways now. It has always been stored in the garage and cleaned after grilling season. It only has three stars because it does cook well. But that won't matter if the grill doesn't stay together.

Would Not RecommendBought this grill 3 years ago and wanted to replace the grates. Guess what, no parts are available for it. Charbroil is a ripoff company that doesn't support their own products.

Cover is pitted in under 18 months
Would Not RecommendI’ve previously owned this model over the years. This is in a fully covered area. On delivery I noted small areas of pitting and the unit was replaced for a different one. Starting just under a year, I noticed a few spots and now there are dozens of pitted corroded spots on the top. Also, the mechanism to hold your propane tank changed from the prior model. The tank falls off often and is a danger to your feet. Yes, the model has wheels, but are utterly useless because of the tank falling off. Y...

cheap grill, do not recommend
Would Not RecommendI had a charbroil from years ago and it finally got to retirement age so I bought this one. These are made so much cheaper than the old ones, really thin sheet metal, flimsy construction and corners have been cut to keep the price down (the entire backside of it is wide open!)
