Ratings & Reviews for Charbroil Commercial Series Grill and Griddle Combo Grey/Black 4 -Burner Infrared Natural gas/Liquid propane

Missing parts. Drip pan and charcoal holder.

We had this delivered and later discovered it was missing parts.

Rust

Rust on grill and its parts. Lowes was supposed to put it together and delivered it. We'll, 3 weeks later had to pick it up at store and put it together myself. Now seeing the rust I know why they did put it together.

Lowes Assembly and Delivery Issue

Grill is fine, issue I have is with LOWES, they assembled the grill and delivered it however it was missing parts and now I have to spend more money to order the part from the manufacture, don't trust LOWES.

Great quality grill

I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. Love the built-in griddle!

Great features, well make.

I stick with the commercial units

2nd commercial i have purchased, 3 burner vs 2. I still use both, 2 locations No flareup, easier to clean, consistent temp

Best grill

The best grilled i’ve owned this far.

Excellent quality

The heavy duty grill and charcoal Bridgette pans (purchased separately) sold me. I noticed the difference in quality while assembling. It was missing the tray that slides it to catch the grease and stuff that drops when cooking and also missing the owner's manual and cover off of rear wheel that is falling off. No response from Lowes to address this even though I've complained about it. I've been shopping at Lowes for years and have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at Lowe's and never experienced this or would expect this. Wish I could give it back and get a different one but it is what it is. Hopefully I never have another e...
