3 in 1, actually 2 in 1 plus additional purchase.

The two burner grill is good, however, it's not a 3 in 1, grill, griddle, and charcoal... to get the charcoal ypu have to purchase the $58 charcoal adapter. Also, even with one burner, on low the heat gets to 400 degrees... better heat control would be nice.

Because of the design this grill cooks the best steaks that is closest to charcoal grill. There are two grill layers . Regardless how fatty your meat is there will be no burning of the stakes, there will be no unstoppable flames. . As long as you clean your grill after each use this grill will make the best steaks for years to come.

Best Grill since sliced BREAD

"BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD" I was so excited to get my new 3-in-1 Charbroil commercial grill. This one is the best of both worlds. I researched Blackstone, and the only thing I liked about it was that it had a windproof flame. This is my third Charbroil, poorly made

This is a Lowe’s exclusive & my third Charbroil. For the price, I expect excellence from both Lowe’s and Charbroil. There were scratches on the hood and the igniter had unconnected wires. We finished putting it together, troubleshooted it, and it still doesn’t work. So next week instead if grilling , I’ll have to call Lowe’s and or Charbroil’s customer service. I’m terribly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Bad Service

Even though I went through great lengths, making numerous phone calls and speaking to 3-4 people, Lowe’s STILL,, didn’t do what was asked or part of the purchase agreement! I bought a grill which is to be delivered AND installed. I also purchased the natural gas conversion kit. For the price this can’t be beat with a name brand.

4 Burner Commercial Series Grill

This is a decent grill but if you are purchasing this primarily for the option of using the charcoal conversion inserts then DO NOT buy this grill. The 4 burner charcoal converter inserts appear to be discontinued as they are never in stock. Either get the 3 burner or buy an actual charcoal grill.

Grill never delivered

Purchased this grill 8/24/26. Couldn't deliver until Friday 8/28, thus I delayed a cabin trip until after delivery. Received regular updates all week. Friday's "updated window" for delivery came and went without a peep from Lowes. Called Denise the manager of the Plymouth, MN Lowes and she indicated it was never even assembled. I cancelled the order.

No More Charbroil

This grill has made my life miserable. Smokes way too much and has been a waste of $500 bucks. It is cleaned all the time and is even rusting in spots even though it has a grill cover. Only a year old. Funny thing…. Went on vacation and the hotel had 2 of these grills. The smoke was so bad that they had a huge fan by them and these grills are cleaned every night by hotel staff. My last Char-Broil commercial grill lasted 25 years. Guess I’ll be looking elsewhere, probably Weber.

dont let it get any moisture or it will look 25 years old in a month and the electric clicker is broken
