worst cover and small issues

while the splitter itself is pretty decent The motor is in a bad spot. and the cover will only last you about a year

Workhorse!

I absolutely love this machine! It works great and can handle anything you throw at it. I use it all the time since I heat with wood and I have zero complaints. I really like that it can be used vertically as well for larger pieces.

Terrible Quality

purchased in 06-2020 locally from a farm supply store and this unit is the 100326-1 model with a manufacture date of 03/20, this review is 05/2024. Used the unit for about 24 cord of wood and the shaft extended and did not retract. Called champion and the tech support said it was failed seals in the cylinder, so purchased a seal replacement kit since it is out of warranty. Good product

Used the 25-ton log splitter to split 15 truck loads of oak, hickory and red elm with no issues. Starts on the first pull every time. Good product.

Lots of power, easy to move

I previously had a 21 ton splitter from another brand. The 25 Ton has lots of power and no hesitation while splitting. It starts very easy. Also easy to move from location to location. Instruction manual was easy to follow to assemble and all parts were there. Happy with purchase as it is a step up from my previous splitter.

Pros and cons

Absolutely great to have this splitter a 25 ton , I should say it's my first splitter so can't compare to others, it starts every time after 2 years of use , will split hardwood usually without much effort the odd knotted piece does need repositioning to finish the task , I will say fuel efficient and not too noisy . Second review - After first tank of gas

After a few speed bumps during assembly (see my first review), I just finished my first session of splitting with a new Champion T25 splitter. Works as advertised, slices through 18"-24" rounds with no problem in both vertical & horizontal modes. Worth the money for now. I will send in another review after a year or so of use, if I have any issues. Good solid machine.

Splitter sure does get the job done. It makes it a lot easier for people who physically cannot hand Splitwood.

Quality built product

The craftsmanship and durability of the product look well made. Instruction manual to set up the splitter was east to read and follow. I will but this product from Champion again.

The Champion 25 Ton log splitter is exactly what I was looking for. Towable, well built, versatile operation, fast cycle time, plenty of power, easy to operate. It's a great product for the money. Wish I would have bought one sooner.
