On the Fence
The wifi power of the camera isn't as good as I'd hoped. Have other camera brands that are further away that don't loose connectivity but this camera does and isn't consistent. When it does stay connected it works great!

Effective device
Would RecommendMy camera had been online for several months and worked well. After a long power outage I have been trying to get the camera working again. I have it connected to my WiFi and phone. However every time I try to view, I get an error. I can’t find info and can’t get the camera to work. Error 8 (401). What is this and how do I overcome this issue?

Too many false alerts and pay for storage.
Would Not RecommendThe camera is magnetically mounted on the opener and received too many false alerts. Walk into garage from the house and get alerted. Video shows nothing. Next is the subscription for cloud storage. Cloud storage may be insecure. Sending to cloud is slower that writing to local storage.

Updated a recent review
Would RecommendRecently I posted a review about this camera. It was my 2nd time trying to use this product. Apparently, there was a problem with the location. (I'm in Puerto Rico). After many attempts to install it, finally was able to install it only AFTER I opened a new account. Adding it to an existing account simply was not possible. Know I can give a better review. After the installation, the camera seems works great. The video and audio are very good.

Not able to installed in Puerto Rico
2nd time I purchase this device for my house in Puerto Rico and still don’t work. First I was informed that there was a problem with the location and that’s why It didn’t work. Apparently, that issue was resolved, but still don’t work. Thinking into returning this product and go another way. Too bad.
