To see the manual, you must scan a QR code with your phone and then follow the instructions by reading them on your phone during the installation. I ordered the KLIK2U model but apparently Lowe's decided to send me a different model. I ordered the model with the keypad cover for better weather protection but they sent the open button design. Why is it so difficult to get what you order these days??

Would Not RecommendThis keypad is so frustrating to use. When you enter the code, you have to hit the zero button. If you hit the # button it resets the unit and you have to reprogram it every time. This is so frustrating when you have other people opening your garage door. This is a terrible design. Who thought this was a good design??

Poor Design
Would Not RecommendThis specific design of garage door keypad does not have an "enter" or Up/Down design. Historically, when this is the case, the pound or # button is used as the enter or up/down button. ON THIS SPECIFIC DESIGN THE # IS THE RESET BUTTON!!! What in the world were they thinking? I've had to reset this garage door on an AirBnB 3x in the last 3 months. Now I'm just replacing the thing to save my sanity. What a stupid design by Chamberlain.
