Good but could be better
It’s ok. I like that there is a firmer section in the middle (hip area) for support and softer at the head and foot. I don’t like how soft it is on the edges though. It really sinks in. Would prefer more edge support. Feels like the bed wants me to roll off. In fact, one corner seems perpetually compressed compared to the rest of the bed. It’s good in the middle, but squishy on the edges.

Casper Bed
. . . had some problems with the mechanism to raise/lower the leg part. Had to order part and replace by tech. . . . . the installer for bed . . . head frame did not remove the protective Velcro part so it could not Velcro to close. Made several calls to headquarters who pointed it out. After 6 weeks after purchase all in order. Enjoying my new bed.
