Mispronounced word in Commercial - 'Detergunt'

Have you seen the AI generated commercial where the dishwasher Repairman states: It's most likely your detergent.' The voice pronounces detergent 'detergunt'. It's a terrible overlooked detail on the marketing side. Another Boo-Boo AI mishap. Beurk!

Not dissolving

Doesn’t dissolve in dishwasher all the time?have to rerun dishwasher to have it clean them.

Awful

Bought a container of these dishwasher pods and 8/10 of them so far haven’t fell from the dispenser, leaving my dishes still dirty. The dispenser is dry when I place the pod inside and there is nothing blocking the sprayers. Will be returning

Doesnt work as advertised.

I have been using this pods since we purchased the dishwasher from new. I will tell you this... Theres many times I have to rerun the dishwasher mind you we dont even overload ours... Their claim that keeps the filter clean is also not real for us. We still have to clean our filter every 2 days or so. We run our dishwasher 1 per day at a minimum because we dont over run it with things. I will be trying another company soon too compare and have a different visualization as to wich works better. Why have a big plastic container that is only half full? Why? Seems wasteful.

terrible product does not work at all

I have a brand new high end dishwasher ( GE Cafe ) I recently switched to Cascade platinum plus and I am very very disappointed. The packs do not dissolve completely and I have to run my dishwasher a second time to rinse the left over soap/chemicals off my dishes and dishwasher. Dishes remain dirty and I have to handwash.

Cascade Platium is one of the best products in the market. Beyond happy with this product. The only downfall is the cost. I'm all for marking making a product that really works. But come on! Corporate Greed Greed at its finest.....

Nope

Usually use Finish pods but they were out so we tried these. Unfortunately they don’t fit in my detergent slot because they’re like round balls instead of flat like finish. One and done on these Cascade balls.

Pods stuck together

I pick up my cascade dish washer pods - the last container had many stuck together - I use but when pull apart I lose the liquid. I am hoping the next container is better I am a loyal customer

Bad chemicals

The chemicals in this product make this a non starter for our family.

Horrible

Half our 59 count of dish detergent was obviously a machine error with the amount of bad packages and this wasn’t close to all of them. Is this Cascade or a cheap dollar store knock off because these darn things are empty of everything useful

Bitter Residual tastes imparted into plastics

Imparts a bitter chemical taste into plastics. Straining spaghetti and microwaving food causes a faint cascade pod odor and highly noticeable bitter taste to transfer from plastic to food. Pasta smells like cheap perfume and tastes bitter. Reheated chicken breasts smell like perfume and the aftertaste if you dare eat it tastes bitter.
