I would give this refrigerator a zero if I could. I inherited this piece of crap when I bought my last house.The depth is horrible, and I can't get a real casserole dish to fit except longwise. I have always had a can holder that was able to hold 12 cans but it won't hold the wonderful space saver because of the ridiculous lack of depth. Ice maker design is terrible!

We just had the refrigerator (model CSB48WP2NS1) installed last week. It seems to be working well except that I cannot believe the poor design of the ice maker. The maker/bucket are mounted at the top inside of the freezer and the only way to get cubes out is to reach up and into a small, cheap, plastic cover and blindly remove cubes. Don’t waste your money

I wish there would have been reviews when I was fridge shopping. I hate this fridge. The produce drawers get too cold, the underside of the drawers are sharp and have drawn blood on multiple occasions, the fan runs all the time, the ice makers is terribly designed.

Poor quality. Frequent issues & loud.

We’ve owned the refrigerator for less than three years; we’re on our 3rd evaporator fan, located behind the icemaker. We have to reach in and free up the ice on it every 3-4 weeks, otherwise the temperature in both the fridge and freezer begin to escalate. We’ve had three occurrences wherein we’ve had to toss food. Awful awful awful!!!

This is the worst piece of junk I have ever had the misfortune to buy. It’s not if, but when the condenser fan will malfunction. We have had to replace the fan 4 times in 2 years, and it still continues to freeze over which prevents the circulation needed to keep the freezer and fridge at their required temperatures. Great looking and stand out in our kitchen

Loved our new Cafe refrigerator. My wife will definitely do some grocery shopping to load up this freezer. It looks so sleek and stylish. With the copper handles it looks stand out.

Poor Quality

I have had this model for four years and nothing but trouble. I would not buy again. Evaporator motor icing up continuously and finally went out. Next was the ice maker went out. Poor quality

Not worth it. Save your money

Horrible for the high price tag. We purchased several all new café appliances for our new home and this refrigerator has by far been the worst. It is loud and the icemaker spills everywhere. After owning it a year and a half it stopped cooling. After several phone calls to GE they finally sent a maintenance man and they replaced two parts (fan and condenser unit). Pretty appliance

New install looks great running well this far no issues.

Not good

Very expensive fridge. Multiple repairs starting from day one with issues. Refrigerator and freezer never seem to maintain target temp. Technicians replaced multiple parts including seal around door and mother board. It’s now June of 2024 and I continue to lose money due to unsafe food in fridge. Highly unpredictable and very expensive. Not worth it.

Terrible purchase.

Bought in May of 2021 and it never worked right. Spoiled food, rented second refrigerator 4 separate times waiting for parts. Now having to rent for a 5th time. Total lemon. Any suggestions?

Make certain that Lowe's sends out qualified folks

If you are having a built-in refrigerator delivered by Lowes ... be prepared for a 2 hour experience fraugh with ineptness by totally unprepared/inexperienced delivery personel.

Great features and appearance!

Love the appearance and how updated it made my kitchen. Clean and roomy interior and easy clean exterior. Very high end look at a much better price!

We love the size of both the fridge and freezer. It's spacious and easy to organize.

Not liking the ice maker location

So far I like it. But I don’t like the ice maker location. I am short and I have to reach in to get the ice, it’s a strain!!! I don’t know if I can remove it to empty it. I don’t think I am strong enough!
