Great micro wave. Easy to work. Great features. We loved it.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Not long after getting it, it stopped beeping to let me know it was done cooking and so did the timer. Repairman came out....went to settings and redid everything. Worked for a few days and quit again. I redid all the settings again. Sometimes the timer will beep., but not the end of cooking beep. I have to reset everything every time I use it. I have to stand there and watch it to know when it's done.....even if it's just to restart after stirring something! The exhaust filters are useles...

Nice looking but some things I wish were better

Like our other Cafe appliance it looks great and functions well. It seems louder than our old one and the single bulb light over the stove is lame. There was plenty of room for two bulbs but for some reason they designed it with just one weak bulb. You think an expensive model like this one would not have skimped on this feature. Otherwise it’s a nice microwave.

Cafe, should have thought twice before buying it!

My wife and I bought this new Cafe to replace one that we bought in 2020 that had numerous issues through-out 2025. We thought we would have better luck with a new one thinking GE would had learned from their old ones what consumers really wanted. Besides that, we have a cut-out back splash behind our stove that we wanted it to fit perfectly into the old one's spot. We were told by several salesmen the new Cafe should fit perfectly. Costs more but worth it. Feels solid.

Decent Microwave

Pro's: looks great, good interior space, powerfull fan, quickstart cooking times, cooks evenly. Con's: stainless is NOT fingerprint safe and difficult to keep clean, fan is very loud, expensive, could offer more wattage.

Love my microwave just have less than a month, large capacity , adjustable power control and also some preset controls which is great, ventilation works great , husband and son installed with no problem. Looks beautiful

Poorly design due to not having back lit panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE CONTROL PANEL IS NOT BACK LIT, AND IT MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO USE AT NIGHT. YOU HAVE TO TURN ON THE KITCHEN LIGHTS, AND WHEN YOU USE THE SURFACE LIGHT, IT IS NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH TO SEE THE CONTROL PANEL. VERY POOR DESIGN!

Great controls, look and capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was a breeze. Template and directions easy to follow. Controls are simple, as not a fan for everything digital. Just enough standard buttons for what we use most. Design and look are outstanding. Stainless fits in with other appliances, and the round handle is a nice touch.

Quality control ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the microwave installed by professional installers from the appliance store where we bought it, and on first use, it made a loud buzzing sound wherever it was turned on. The sound stopped when you pressed on the bottom of the oven, so it was maybe a loose plate. I removed a panel to access the underneath but couldn’t pinpoint the source of the sound. However, when I reinstalled the plate, the buzzing no longer occurred. Hopefully that’ll...
