I’m enjoy this craftsman vaccum cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just upgraded to the latest version and Craftsman addressed the issues that held the original back. Seemingly improved suction, especially in corners. Rotating brush does not build up with dog hair. Rotating brush does not get "stuck" on flat carpet surfaces as the early revision did. Better at picking up small objects verses riding over them and not collecting. Very pleased with this product.

Battery lasts about 45 minutes.

Great battery operated vacuum. I have other Craftsman products that use the same battery!

It is a worthwhile purchase.

Waste of money

We bought this hoping to have a lightweight cordless vacuum with a reasonable amount of suction. It can’t even vacuum kitty litter off the floor. It will vacuum some hair, but anything as far as crumbs or litter the vacuum spots back up. I’ve tried cleaning it out and it doesn’t help. Really regret this purchase. Would’ve been better to take 200 dollars and set it on fire.

Same part broke twice!

Bought the Craftsman V20 Cordless Pet Stick for our bar. It gets used twice a day. It worked great and all the employees loved its performance, ease of use, weight etc., until a plastic piece on the end of brush that holds the brush in place broke off. It had only been a couple weeks so we returned it to Lowes and got another. We were able to use the new vacuum for a total 3 months before the same plastic piece on the brush broke off. Wheel issue

For the money I expected a little bit better. I bought this as an in-between for nightly vacuums before settling down for the evening. First use out of the package, wheel falls off and there is no fix. Still useable but not what I expected to happen brand new.

after 6 months, not as good.

this vacuum was pretty good the first month or two. wheels fell off day one, but theyre only there for show anyhow. now six months in, my wife says it sucks, and not in the way a vacuum should.

Wheels keep popping off. They are not broken and can be put back on, but once start vacuuming they come off, therefore unable to use vacuum.

Very top heavy have to find a way to brace it

great vacuum

This is a great vacuum! It works great on our tile floors and short pile rugs! I love that it has a battery that can swap with my other power tools! What a great find!!

Would not recommend

I dislike this vacuum for our home. There are four dogs and two people who work outside so a lot of dirt and hair comes in the house. This vacuum does not have good suction and pretty much just pushes around most stuff, so you have to run over the same spot multiple times. If you happen to run across a small stone, you will be scratching your floors for sure. The battery at full charge and full power maybe last me 25 minutes. The canister is horrible. As some who have given a bad review I agree dirt not going into the cup and just spinning in the roller brush and throwing the dirt all over the room... I find customer service remarks horrible. How about replacing the Vaccum ...

Vacuum doesn’t stand well, no wall clip stand provided. Spits debris’s around, instead of vacuuming. Chamber for debris will challenge your mental stability with how not user friendly it is. Beater bar stops at the slightest inconvenience. When you empty the chamber, you know the vacuum didn’t pick up anything because there’s barely anything inside of it. Not pet or female friendly to hair.
