So many of the bad reviews would've been avoided if they had read anything! This thing is awesome. Most of it's use for me is in the form of small tools while working outside, but the peace of mind of having backup power during outages is worth it too!

Very useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to use for a temporary power supply at work (industrial maintenance) and at home during storms and short power outages. I like that I can use it with my existing batteries. That lets me have a power bank with a longer life by swapping batteries instead of paying for a large power bank with an integrated battery.

Great Battery Bank

If you are on the Craftsman battery tool line it's a great addition to the set. Has a very bright battery which is great to use when camping.

More than your typical battery operated adapter

Very handy beyond just a remote charger, besides changing phones, we can use it to power a baby camera monitor and put it on a shelf where the kids cand yank on the cords, only downside is that the 120v plug seems to be programmed to time out after 30min, but for the price it's been a nifty gadget

Great tool if you have realistic expectations

I have used this a lot when the power goes out. It is important to have realistic expectations, though. It is a 150 watt power source. Since I already have Craftsman V20 batteries for my other cordless power tools, this made perfect sense to let me use the energy I already had in the batteries during a power outage. Not what you think it is

Not what you think it is. It's listed as a portable power station. But it's only a part. Besides this piece, which is tiny, not like shown in the pictures, you need to buy a battery for it, which is about $120, and you need to buy a charger for it. It's not a power station it's a piece I bought it for the pending storm hoping to have an alternate power source to charge cell phones on such. Scammed into buying something that isn’t useful

False Listing

I'm not well versed in power tools. However, this was listed as a power station, not a power inverter like stated on the box. It also said it could be charged with a wall outlet. Again, not true. Only able to charge it if you have a $100 battery of the same brand. So due to the listing, I paid and received something that I didn't need and couldn't use.

Nice size

Enough power for some small things, I primarily use it for phone charging. I plan on taking it camping as the small size is perfect for keeping the the amount of equipment reasonable.
