Would RecommendI bought this for my grandson for his birthday and the drill stopped working after about 35 minutes. It was also missing the pieces of wood and 3 of CC nuts. Is there anyway that I can get these items replaced ?

Tool bench is so cute. All pieces were included. Easy to assemble. Out of the book the drill isn’t working. It sounds like it is slipping. Is there a way to get a replacement since it’s new out of box.

Would RecommendWe gave this to our grandson. He loves it, but the drill doesn't work. I've tried several different batteries, all new from different packages, but nope. Really disappointing because that's the tool he keeps going back too.
