Safety Features Don't Work

Aside from being under powered, the seat is uncomfortable, cruise control does not keep speed, difficult to remove mower deck, the left wheel of the deck grinds against the mulch plug and some minor things, the safety features are not working. If you allowed video I could have sent a short clip of it moving forward and cutting without a driver in the seat. Unfortunately it makes it an average product.

More than expected

I was going to get the T100 but decided to pay the extra for this one. I just bought the house and spent a lot on the house and didn't have enough for the lawn mower at the time. My grass started to grow past my knees and was getting out of hand. When I first used this machine, it did quick work with the grass and it ate everything up. The extra power paid off and it did wonders on the grass I had growing. It is very simple to use and a bit loud but still pretty nice.

Very impressed. Satisfied with the quality, design and performance. Only minor issues that I wish would have been addressed during manufacturing and engineering are for User Experience to be more efficient and easier for engaging the transmission into F/R forward and reverse.

2 1/2 years and still cutting great!

Had the Craftsman T210 going on the third year and still loving it. Always starts right up. Runs and cuts great. Last fall I bought the bagging kit and it is fantastic also. All the parts are well made and it cleans up the yard really well. Changed the oil at 5 hours is all I've had to do. Will be adding the mulching kit for this summer. Absolutely zero complaints.

Throttle lever defective and broke.

The throttle lever mechanism which is plastic broke during normal attempted acceleration. This happen while still under the craftman warranty period but when I called was told this is a consumable item due that it operates the throttle cable. Last craftsman product, after many years, for me.

Piece of Junk

Just like everyone else my belt started jumping after about 3 months. Customer service was of no use. I now leave my right side belt cover off so I can replace the belt during normal cutting. I have found that disengaging the blade slowly reduces the number of belt jumps. Now the mower will not go into reverse. Runs fine forward. Desperately trying to find wiring diagram

I have a 2019 Craftsman T-210 garden tractor. Mice /rats have chewed through the wiring at the starter switch. I have rewired everything but 3 blue wires. I need a electrical wiring diagram to complete the repair. I tried the contact us option and got someone in Germany. Can you help?

RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN

I purchased this Craftsman riding mower from lowes back in September 2021 end of last season and only now 8 months old. The belt is loose and it will not go on reverse. Since the machine is still under some kind of warranty I ve been trying to get help but all I get is run around from lowes to craftsman to LTD, then LTD to local dealer in FL while I’m in GA. No customer service whatsoever…RUN

Broken belt

I've used this mower for just over 20 hours and belt has deck has already broke. Now manual that was included shows the belt number let alone the belt pattern. I checked here and no manuals are available. Kind of useless if I have to guess and get it wrong. Other than that it did a good job cutting the lawn.

Buyer beware

When the mower was delivered the battery was dead after several attempts to talk to someone I was called back 2 days later….they swapped out the battery for a new one….I have mowed my lawn twice….I have a small yard….on 06/08 I mowed for the second time when I finished it is now leaking gas ….I called the store on 06/09…..still no call back….

Small but powerful

This riding lawnmower is built to last. Its tough enough for the roughest of rough yards, Even better its just right for the ladies that don't mind mowing.

"Bought" it Aug 2021 (Lowe's sold the T140 I had ordered, they replaced it with this T210) and let me tell you, this thing has far exceeded my expectations. 3 acre property, 1.5 acre lawn, overgrown above head level, thorn bushes shoulder level galore, plenty of pine and oak saplings, along with a 1,000 foot gravel driveway. No Owner's Manual

1st mower delivered was defective, the second mower came with no owner's manual. I can't find one on their website either. I need to know the oil weight & replacement filter size & how many hours for each change. Anyone have this information?

Reverse Mow

This is a good tractor wiith one feature I dislike. If you need to back up a little while mowing you need to first shut the blades off. Was never that way with my old craftsman.

NOT NOT BUY A MOWER HERE.

Do not buy a mower here. I got this mower. it broke a belt. now the people working there can get the right belt. either to big or to small. 2 of the can not fix out how to measure it. next mower I get will be somewhere else.

Dusty Deck

I purchased the T210 and it's a very dusty machine when used with the bagger system and the mulch kit. Is there a plastic cover that is compatible with this deck to help minimize dust clipping escaping from the deck spindle openings. I have to wear a mask to keep dust out of lungs.

Bad service from Lowes

I love the mower but it was delivered with a big scratch. I called a couple of times and they said they would call someone to find out what to do. Never heard back and I gave up. I would recommend this but not from Lowes.

T210 belt deck

My "new" T210 blade belt keeps slipping off the pulleys when I "disengage" the blade drive. Lowes could care less as my 90 day warranty has expired. I have a new $2,300 tractor that now needs repair. Is there a tension spring or some way to adjust the belt so it won't slide off when disengaging lever ? Lowes provided a owner's manual and some useless littiture but no manual for parts or troubleshooting issues.

transmission belt flys off. Lowe's won't help

the transmission belt keeps flying off the mower because it's extremely loose and there's no way to tension it. to put the belt back on you have to unbolt the motor and then fight with it. Lowe's won't do anything but say they're sorry and I already know that. if you try to do a warranty claim be ready to be on hold for over a half hour and then get turned down.
