Gas shocks do not hold up

After 1 year gas shocks lost their pressure and would not hold up the top. Craftsman refused to replace at no charge....so much for a warranty

Repurposed for Outdoor Storage

Easily fits an adult mountain bike (size Large, approximately 6' long) with the front tire turned slightly. Plenty of additional room for a trunk rack, some gardening tools, a long board, and other miscellaneous items and still room to spare. There are some gaps that allow airflow just under the lip of the lid, but still covered enough that no rain has gotten in even in wet springtime in Seattle.

I've had several of these over the years and I've used them for different projects however this one I cannot seem to keep the doors on it

Defective Roofs

I purchased two of these after the last hurricane here in Dec 2024. They were replacements for two others that were destroyed by hurricane. The previous two lasted six years with absolutely no warpage or other issues. I installed the new ones on pavers over concrete, just like before. I recently noticed that the roof panels on both new units warped causing the roof panels to separate from the support truss they were attached to.. Hard to read instructions, no parts or packs marked with letter or #. I did find online instructions from Suncrest between written & on line assembly not too bad. I was able to assemble within 24 hours of arrival, did check that all parts were in the box. What I didn't notice, until the final phase of Assembly was one of the doors bolt holes (needed to hold the bolt) was malformed. Called Lowe's right away, they arranged to have it picked up. A good fit and easy install

Easy install. Clicks into place seamlessly. You just need to screw in with the appropriate screws. Clear instructions. This fits 2 kid bikes, 2 scooters, 2 swivel scooters, roller blades, helmets, and room for a few more odds and ends.

box came damaged I haven't opened it yet and I'm really afraid to. there's no way I would be able to return this if I have to. I will update conditioner of storage box.

Well I just had it put together, it took my neighbors 41/2 hrs, some parts were a little difficult, my delivery was quick it waa brought to my home by next day. My only problem I ask the salesperson and cashier's if Lowe’s had someone I could pay to put it together and they both said yes, but that was very much far the true. I purchased this item to store my Blackstone grill and Masterbuilt electric smoker. They fit perfectly and now completely out of the weather.

Extremely hard to put together

The directions are terrible! Assembly's that could have easily been put together by the factory were separate in the box with no clear indication what part they were or where they went. It is fairly cheaply made and I really do not think it will last that long. Plan on two full days minimum to put the shed together.
