Would RecommendThis is a great little pole saw for the money. Powerful enough for a homeowner. My only complant is the non-automatic oiler. Craftsman, if you ever make a second generation of this tool, can you maybe put an oil tank on the head to manually apply the oil like a primer bulb? That is really my only complaint with this saw

Would Not Recommendalthough the pole saw does a great job of cutting it's build quality is very much lacking it's connection points are held on by two small rivets there they wobble and it just feels like it's going to pull apart anytime you grab a limb with the built-in limb grabber for that reason I don't recommend
You will want this one over the RP series

Would Not RecommendI am done buying Craftsman; everything either does not work as intended or breaks easily. The chain comes off all the time, and it wasn't even a thick branch.
Pole saw that cuts above it's class
Would RecommendBeen using this pole saw a bunch since purchase. It works surprisingly well. I've cut many branches on a variety of trees without an issue at all. There is some give in the pole but that might be for the best so it's not rigid/brittle.

Would Not RecommendToo Wobbly. Not sturdy enough. Cutting Length too short. Takes too long to cut through a 4" limb. The more pressure you place on the limb the worse the pole(s) bend.
