What Customers Are Saying
The plastic tub of this wheelbarrow is prone to cracking and breaking easily, even with light use, rendering the product unusable. While the overall design with stable dual-wheels is praised, the poor quality and durability of the tub is the main issue, as it cannot withstand the weight and impact of common yard tasks. Replacement parts are also difficult to find, leaving customers with no recourse once the tub fails. This wheelbarrow is not recommended due to the consistently poor performance and durability of the plastic tub.

Would Not Recommendinner tubes put in poorly when aired up the rim cuts valves so then u have to buy new inner tubes and do them correctly.
Blew out!!
I was doing yard work and it blew out !! Junk Junk junk. called customer support and they need a receipt to replace but honestly I didn't keep a receipt because I thought I bought a good one to last most of my life as a homeowner only using a few times a year. Very frustrating!
Wheel Borrow seamed tough enough
Would Not RecommendWheelbarrow worked great loved it until it cracked after 2 years of light use
Tub Cracks/Breaks Very Easy
Would Not RecommendThis was purchased for my outdoor education class in a middle school through Lowes. We used it to move mulch, sand and dirt in our landscaping unit. IMO those materials should not have caused the damage. Cracks started happening within about 3 months of purchase and within a year major displacement of the plastic was apparent. We have continued to use it because it is what we have, and I hate to abandon a $100+ piece of equipment. For what we do, mostly mulch and sand for the long jump pit, it i...

Cheap plastic cracks very easy
Would Not RecommendI purchased this wheelbarrow last June for Father’s Day. Just last week threw a shovel full of dirt in and the tub cracked. Very disappointed in the product and the name. Would not recommend.

Tub Cracks
Within the first several uses of hauling dirt the tub started to crack. I have had heavy loads of dirt, sand, and small rocks. I would not recommend this tub to anybody unless you just want a weed hauler. Disappointed in the quality of this craftsman product.
Broke
Tub cracked at 6 months with very little use!! I have lots of Craftsman tools and think this product is their downfall!!!
Kudos to Ames Co Customer Service
I left a one-star review earlier complaining about the lack of durability of the tub........I later saw a follow up comment on my review, asking me to send them an email, which started a dialogue between us. Even though I was beyond the one year warranty and didn't have the original receipt, they sent me a replacement tub anyway---a one-time goodwill adjustment. I hope this tub lasts longer than the original! But again, thanks to Ames Customer Support for sending the replacement tub. Just re...

Complete garbage
Craftsman used to represent quality. My dad and grandfather only bought craftsman and I grew up with these tools and have inherited a lot of them and they still work as well today as the day they were bought. This wheelbarrow is a complete embarrassment to the craftsman name. They should have just made the trey out of glass because the plastic this is made from is equally as useless. It’s cracking everywhere and it’s barely been used and has been stored in shed when not in use.The frame is fine....
Worst Craftsman Product Ever Sold
I've purchased so many Craftsman tools in my life and almost all of them have been great bargains and performed well.......until I bought this from Lowes. It has had very little use and always kept in the shed, out of the sunlight. The tub cracks easily and just keeps on splitting. I can't find a replacement tub. Please help us, Craftsman and/or Lowes!
