Same Issue, Wont Charge

I received two of these for our household and was excited about them, great quality and great build with a trusted name, but, like everyone else I'm seeing- after the initial use and one maybe two recharges neither will respond to charging anymore.

Will not charge

I used this flashlight once and it won’t charge or turn on after the initial run. Do not recommend!

Worked once then stopped

I was given this as a gift. It worked at first after my initial charging, but has ceased functioning. I have attempted to recharge it several times with no success.

switch always stops working

I love the fact that I don't have to constantly buy batteries because I use a flashlight daily and batteries can become very expensive, but I've purchased three of these flashlights and every one of them has the same issue. The switch eventually stops working correctly after maybe two months of use

not a quality product

I was excited when i bought this flashlight and decided to buy to because of the features. One failed to work after a couple of charges so i returned it. Then the other one started to do the same. The black silcone rubber seals are not good. Would not recomend.

Charging Unresponsive

I was very pleased with this I got recently for my birthday, thinking it's the perfect size, bright light, backup charger keeping in my truck, but it hasn't responded to charging whatsoever, so I'm very disappointed, especially as a lifelong buyer / user of Craftsman products

I can't get it to charge

Was happy with the flashlight, but now I can't seem to get it to charge. HELP?

Light does not hold a charge for long.

3 years and going strong

As the title states, I purchased this light 3 years ago and it works great. I love it and keep it in my truck glove box. charge it about 1 per month to keep it full. Its never let me down..

Great light not so great at charging

Love this light! But the charging isn’t so great! Had this light for a yr now I can’t find it anywhere…it was the perfect flashlight til it wasn’t!

Disappointed

I have had this product a little less that a year. Work straight out of package. Picked it up out of My toolbox to use won’t hold charge won’t turn on. I only have used it twice. USB light blinks blue and red

Paper weight

I purchased this light a couple months back, and now the Flashlight does not work. the battery charger works, but no light. Completely useless to me as an inspector.

Craftsman used to mean quality

I had hoped that this would be a great rechargeable flashlight but was very disappointed with it. The light was so inconsistent when charging that I've had to start carrying my Milwaukee rechargeable in my toolbox. I definitely would not recommend this flashlight.

Waste of money

Bought this flashlight thinking it would be a good buy being it's a craftsmanship product,boy was i wrong. Flashlight would last maybe a two days,then take about a day to charge,then got worse as time went by.

One of the best flashlight

I had this flashlight for about 3 years, it still works every time, because I walk my dog every night, my flashlight is made with good material.

Does not take a charge

Was great for a couple of weeks, but soon started to no longer accept a charge.

FLASHLIGHT BROKE IN 30 DAYS

I bought this flashlight and didn’t use till 30 days later and it never worked, didn’t turn on, i charge it and when i disconnect it, it dosent work. Wasted money.

Junk!!!

Bought this a little than a year ago. Barely use it, only use it as a backup. It’s already broke. And it doesn’t come with any warranty. Always love craftsman till I bought this flashlight. Made of cheap thin material.

Charging cable

I absolutely love this little flashlight but when I went to charge it I realized I don’t have the right charging cable mine did not come with the cable if it had I would’ve given it five stars

I Love craftsman but this flashlight is defective!
