I’ve had trouble threading the hose to the water outlet tube since it was new. The threads finally stripped and there is not a simple replacement part for it. All other brands have the outlet replacement tube available except this particular model. At this point I can’t use the power washer because a simple replacement tube not being available.

Fustrating, wouldn't buy again!
Would Not RecommendPurchased almost a year ago, used it a few times, seemed to work ok. I tried to use it the other day and it wouldn't work at all. I made sure my power source was good and then it kicked on for a second. This morning I decided to try and pluging it into the outlet directly instead of an extention cord, it turned on. Later today I pluged it into the same power source nd nothing.

Would Not RecommendNot good enough. Won't remove the film of dirt/ Grime. I could still see the Kitty Cat paw prints from the Cat sliding down my tailgate. And I had that gun like 2 inches from my truck. How do I Avoid water spots? Yeah. It'll clean the concrete; At like 4 inches away. 2100 psi not enough.

Would Not RecommendThis pressure washer is rated at 2400 psi!!! I haft to say GIVE ME A 6 PACK OF BEER AND I WILL GIVE IT A RUN FOR THE MONEY! It's made very poorly. Plastic parts that are made to look like BRASS. 1/4" hose that's not every long so you have to move the unit a lot. I would have just took it back but I had A family emergency. So it put on the back burner. Had I known that Craftsmans is owned buy Black and Decker, Stanley. I never would have bought it. BUYER BE WERE!

Power hose could be problematic
Assembly easy. Used it twice, performance as good expected. Two problems, power hose started to show wear on the outer cover on first use. Rusted water dripped from frame a day after use. Called the number for warranty repair and was told part was not in inventory, put on wait list. Was suggested to return to store since I was within the 30 day repair window. Did not wish to do this as once assembled, it will not fit in the car. Did not want to disassemble, just want a replacement hose.
