Easy to use and charge

Worse pickup experience ever at any store

I tried a pickup for the first time at Lowes I Jefferson City, Mo.It was a nightmare. I ordered several outdoor tools that were supposed to be avaliable at my store. One was a craftsman battery. There was supposed to be 2 there. I was told that they had none. But, they were going to get one from another store. That evening I was told online that I could pick it up at sanity Lowe's 45 miles away. I went to my store and was told that they did actually have two of the batteries at my store. But...

Super charger

This battery charger gives a full charge in max :0 minutes. Definitely helps when you run out of battery before finishing but want to be able to get everything done same day.

Did not work at all. Ordered another battery charger and that one also did NOT work. My husband and I tried everything. I’m so disappointed.

junk chargers

These chargers are junk i purchased a tool combo set that came with a charger charged my batteries one time and now the charger does not work any more it arc's when i plug it in to a socket i would not recommend i have been using craftsman tools all my live never had this happen before very Disappointed.

Doesn't Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got two in a row that don't work, straight out of the packaging. If craftsman made products as durable as their packaging I wouldn't have to switch to a different brand. Don't waste your time buying a replacement craftsman charger. Just get something else.

Worst charger

The tools work flawlessly, but the chargers for the V20 batteries are the worst. The chargers won't last me than 1yr. I am now my third charger, this product should come with a warranty from the manufacturer.

New Weed/Wacker Battery Issue

I just literally bought today the Craftsman Brushless R+P Runtime + Performance Weed/Wacker V20 lithium ion. I’ve been trying to charge the battery today for my first use and it just blinks.
