Beautiful LVP

I love that these boards are 9” wide and 60” long. You get a true wide and long board look and can vary the lengths for a more natural looking installation. Makes a real difference over the shorter 3’ boards.

Difficult at Best

Appearance wise this flooring looks great on a board by board basis. However, all together the gaps absolutely make me crazy! I've installed 1,000's of square feet of laminate flooring on all types of surfaces and this stuff is as difficult to work with as flooring I bought 20 years ago for $.79/sq ft!!!!!!! I have over 850 square feet of this to put down and every drop lock seam is breaking. I'm sure that I'll be replacing this in the future and at that time, I'll make sure to avoid Cali Vi...

Less is more

This is a great product. I have it as flooring in an office building and just refloored a cabin. It's about 25% less at Lowes than most if not all flooring companies.

No quality control for high price.

We paid a lot for this flooring so expected much better than we got. No quality control. I have 3 boxes so far of defective pieces. Same pattern repeated so many times in so many boxes that it was difficult stagger. We could use some defective pieces in areas that needed to be cut but it was still a lot.

Took longer than expected

My order was set up for pick up in store. I waited at the counter for someone to help me for awhile. When someone came to help them called the person to see where she was and she yelled over the radio that she was waiting for this lady outside and voiced frustration that I was not outside. They stated to her she is at the desk and she yelled again that I wasn’t there. She finally came back inside with the product. I verified in the app that I had not checked curbside in error and I hadn’t. ...

RUN!!! Don't walk away from CALI flooring

*It won't let me submit the review without putting a star rating. The fact that @Lowes is still a retailer for CALI Flooring is beyond me. I have installed several vinyl and laminate floors from other manufactures but have never had the issues as with these CALI Flooring planks. Please heed my warning, and many others (search Google), that this is a bad product and CALI Flooring will deflect any warranty claim on installer error (professional or DIY).

Dont Purchase!!!

What a complete waste of money. We purchased over $7k worth of the North Shore Oak longboards in January of 2021. We have now already replaced our high traffic area in our entry way and in our kitchen twice and it needs replacing again. All of the negative reviews seem to be having the same issue with the boards cracking at the seems. Once the crack happens the boards will tear up and not be safe to walk by very quickly. Warranty Run Around - Do not recommend

Really disappointing as I have had the floors a short time and have had issues with the joints not being seamless leading to floor damage. Reached out to Lowes who sent me to the company for support. I submitted a claim, then had to wait weeks for an inspection. Have had to repeat all the same information again with the inspector and the company is telling me it's another 1-2 weeks before they decide if they'll take any action. Horrible

Our contractor said the install was horrible. It hasn't been installed more than 2 years and it's coming up and fraying everywhere. It has become a safety hazard for our kids. They don't stand by their warranty. They sent out a third party flooring inspector. The report said that it was due to not leaving a 1/4 inch expansion space. Flooring appearance.

Remodeling and purchased 4 cartons to match existing flooring. The new flooring looks great and matches perfectly, but one box was torn and two planks were damaged. I’m waiting for the installer to advise if I need to return one carton and reorder.

FUSSY Install

The color of the floor is beautiful. But that's all I liked. We are skilled carpenters and this floor was just awful to put in. The floor was laid in a newly gutted room. While a floor is usually never perfectly level, this new floor was pretty close. The boards are so long they just don't snap well at all. The groves are very tiny and quite flimsy. We had to eventually screw down a bunch of these planks overnight. The next day we were pleased that the planks all laid down and didn't pop back up...

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

I installed this flooring in my house two years ago and it is already cracking and chipping. It's the most expensive flooring in our house, but it is definitely the crappiest. When I reached out to CALI about their "50 year warranty" they sent out a "3rd party" inspector to take a look. When the inspector left he said this was a great install job, but he can't say what CALI will decide. Well guess what, they spun every word and made asinine info up to not pay out the warranty. Bad product

Very bad product, poor quality, paid 4500 $ , i don’t know what I’m going to do now . Doesn’t look at all like the simples that we found at Lowe’s

Shipping damage on every single piece

Do NOT order this! Every box came damaged and not one useable piece could be found by my installer. Lowes customer service is useless, they want me to bring all 360lbs of flooring material back to a store to return it. CALI is also not taking responsibility, they told me to talk to Lowes. I am left with a bunch of junk, STAY AWAY

Horrible product

This product is hands down the worst LVP product I've ever installed. I have been an installer for 30+ years and I install all types of flooring. There is so much wrong with this product that I don't even know where to begin with my complaints. You have to hit the tapping block so hard to get these to go together. Yet the edges are as brittle as can be. One out of three planks will break. Also, not all planks are manufactured the same, so some tongue and grooves just wont go together noatter wh...
