Embroidery /Still Learning
My husband bought me a se2000 Brother Sewing /Embroidery machine for Christmas . I'm still learning how to use the embroidery part. I made a few small items and I'm very happy with the results.

Brother SE2000-
My experience with this machine has been good. The part I don't like is the threading of the machine to sew. I don't like the putting the thread through the wire then through the two different places that hold the thread so you can put the thread through the needle.

Love Brother SE2000
Machine embroiders very well and sews well. Really love it. The only thing I feel that could be improved is the mechanical noises it makes. Also, make sure the manual is read throughly and keep the manual near when sewing and embroidering. I love the Design Data Transfer. Works very well.

DO NOT BUY
BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY IVE EVER SPENT. Machine malfunctions every single time I’ve used the embroidery functions. I’ve tried different threads, changing the tension and the speed. I’ve spent HOURS researching to no avail.

I have several Brother machines. 1970's y on. Very reliable. Never had to repair . My embroidery machines make beautiful designs. Recommend as easiest to learn y use.

A must have
The Brother’s sewing and embroidery machine is a must have if you sew. I love all the features it has and the Artspira app is a must have also for designs.

My new 2000
I like the machine very much with a few exceptions. It seems very tight threading No. 6. Have broken or shred thread several times. Was very disappointed in the amount of designs that come in machine and the few fonts available. It should have been explained half were in Japanese.

Love my Brother SE2000 Easy to use and does a lot for the price. Some of the instructions are a little confusing and hard to understand (for a beginner in embroidery and appliqué) but does beautiful work.

Wow! So many EXTRAS!
Wow! This machine offers so many "extras" and upgrades that make sewing so much fun! The guide books and online video clips make learning all about this machine simple. I think my 10 year old has officially spent more time on the machine than I have! One of my favorite features is the adjustable speed and simple start/pause button that makes consistent stitching for even a very beginner. I am excited to combine embroidery stitches into some basic projects and dive further into the full embroider...
