Great printer. Good quality output. I have had to hardwire the printer to my laptop as I kept loosing the connection with wifi. It is slow to start the first print but that was expected as it says so in the description. It is quite large so it takes up quite a bit of room on my desk. I am very happy with it's performance overall. I would recommend it.

Highly disappointed. This is probably my 4th Brother printer. They have always been amazing. This one not so much.

No ARM support! Poor components.
The machine (and its components) do not appear to be well made. We have a constant issue of getting the (Brother-brand) cartridges to "seed". In addition, it's appalling that there is no ARM support.

Look for better options
The printer does not work properly at all times. First it was a print image problem (after 2 updates and 5 calibration) it works better. After 500 pages; the problem is back. WiFi printing works but requires printer reset after 2 weeks. When it works properly; it’s awesome but sadly it’s inconsistent at that.

Great Printer, Slow Printouts
This is a high-quality printer that produces very clear printouts. However, it does take up to 30 seconds to print one page and since this is in an oil change shop, makes the customer wait each time they want their receipt printed. Other than the slow printing time, it's a great printer so far.

Great printer - nice quality overall.
Love this printer. I needed to replace a 20+ year old Xerox Phaser and researched the L8360CDW and it has truly been a great choice. I like the quality of the printing, the use of the manual feed tray for labels and the dual sided printing when needed. I am probably going to buy a second one for home use as this one is in the office.

Superb printer. My first Brother printer and I love it. I initially bought and HP Color Laser printer but it was a piece of junk which I returned. I then bought this Brother Color Laser and doubt I'll ever go back to HP.
