Can Be Better. Needs Better Software
Software needs Improvement, you can not print just by the control+p. You have to open their app and send to the printer. The printer goes into Deep Sleep and gave to get up and turn it on to get it to print. That doesn't always work. Sometimes ot needs to be restarted to wake it. It's easier to just leave it off and turn on when you print. Which is major inconvenience.

This is the first laser printer that I bought and now this is the only that I'm going to buy. This printer so easy to up and use, it just great.

Wish it had a better menu . IE fonts size, cut out unwanted headers.

Always works
If you’re not interested in color this particular model is the way to go no comparison to the ink printers. No problems it always works. Can I get a whole lot more copies with the cartridge.

Very satisfied with this product.
The all in one machine has been working very well. Setup was easy, all the functions work and I’m very satisfied with this product. It is easy to use, the printed pages are clear and crisp, the scanner works well. And I did set up the wi-fi connection using the mobile app and have used it to operate the unit. All in all, very satisfied with this machine. The copy function is also easy to use and does produce good clean copies.

Dependable printer
I had a Brother MFC before and it was wonderful. I wasn’t able to get refills so had to buy a new one. I chose the DCP-L2640DW because it was cheape. Works well even though I keep getting false notification it is out of ink. It copies fine but difficult printing from computer. I believe it is a “hack” issue.. ???
