Would RecommendI was able to make this work for a replacement for the original builder grade exhaust fan. Other than having to find some nuts to attach the fan to the bracket (original nuts were too large), it was perfect right out of the box.

Would RecommendWhen the bathroom in my 45 year old townhome went out, I searched to find a replacement. Most today are entire units which do not fit the ductwork I have. Luckily, Lowe’s had just this fan unit while the other large building supply store did not. It was a matter of simply removing the old one from its mounting frame and replacing this one. The only difficulty was this lacked the nuts to bolt the screws in place (the older unit used a different size of screw/nuts) so had to make a second trip...
