I got this for my mother

Leaking
I was sent this pitcher by my city water company, to help with the lead replacement project. It has leaked from the bottom since early on, starting to get worse. I have to keep it in my sink, which is not ideal.

I Wanted To Like It But….

Poor Design!
I have been a loyal Brita customer for several years. I am very disappointed with this pitcher for these reasons: 1) Bought this pitcher about 5 months ago and now it started leaking. The seal where the lower part of the pitcher fits into the upper portion is leaking. 2) It takes forever for the water to filter. Leaks!

Needs a better lid
