Love it, but it a disco in my fridge.

I love this pitcher, and I use it all the time, but it just started flashing red and green lights and wont stop. I can’t find the issue online to troubleshoot it. That’s why it lost a stat.

Better safe than sorry 🤔

I myself like it. Because I don't want to taste chlorine. The water works department around here is giving mixed signals, so better safe than sorry. 🤔

FRUSTRATION

I AM FRUSTRATED. I WANTED TO CALL SOMEONE TO ASK ABOUT WHICH FILTER I SHOULD GET. AND THE PHONE NUMBER IMMEDIATELY HAS REGISTERED BUSY FOR QUITE A WHILE. MY QUESTION IS I HAVE AN OLD BRITTA PICTCHER AND I DO NOT REMEMBER THE KIND OF PICTCHER IT WAS, AND I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A FILTER AND I'M NOT SURE WHICH FILTER TO PURCHASE. Please help. Thank you.

Complicated Set Up

The set up of the refillable filter is not clear. There is no video showing how to insert the filter. People need videos of each step and type of brita.

filter was used very quickly

change filter indicator turned on in 2 weeks. I don't think we drink that much water.

Good water better on the environment!

I like this pitcher and water filter. SO much less plastic and it lasts along time. It may seem t take a while to filer+fill - but that means its doing the job!

Takes so long to filter

I agree with many other reviews. It takes excruciating long to drain down into the pitcher. I switched over from the plastic filter and am super unhappy with this product.

Good tasting water

Takes bad taste out of tap water. Water seems clear and clean.

Can not reset

I bought this a year ago. I have replaced a number of filters. I can no longer reset the module in the lid as it is nrown and rusty on the inside.

BAD LID

It so difficult to put the lid back and there is no way someone can explain it anywhere

Easy to fill, clean and use.

Indicator light won't go back to green

We just put a new filter in and we can't get the 'indicator light' to go back to green. That stinks.

Works great!

I purchased this about six months ago. Have changed out the filter twice now & have found it to be pretty easy. The light is no longer working not sure why but love this pitcher. Had a problem with the old type & the inability to reduce plastic.

Can’t give a fair review it was broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item came to me broken and wasn’t able to use it to give it a fair review. I do like the idea of a refillable filter. However, I didn’t think the size of the pitcher was big enough. Seemed like I would be refilling the pitcher a lot.

I can learn to read the Rosetta Stone faster

Confused, is the filter just a plastic cup? How would it filter any microbes if I push paper through the slits. Idk, this contraption has my brain spinning. Does this random bag filled with (what seems like sand) go into the filter? The direction spend too much time on telling you it’s simple but lack informing you what this random bag is for, am i supposed to know?

Too long to fill

Too too too long to fill! It has been at least 5 minutes watching it slowly drip and still dripping. I wanted to be more healthy without taking precious minutes from my day. I am ageing here🤭

Brittle Pitcher

The 10 cup Pitcher is very BRITTLE. Mine was cracked when I got it home. I can't prove it was cracked before purchase and I can't find anywhere to buy just a replacement pitcher... which I would do. My 27 cup unit filters water great. It's a little slow, imo, but does a great job of getting the excessive amount of Chlorine out.
