I'll start by saying the product appears to be functional. My issue was the fact a factory sealed box arrived busted and coated in what I can only assume it's oil. I don't mean a little oil, I mean enough to saturate the box and cause the cardboard to collapse. I initially thought the battery had exploded. Once the box was open it became apparent that the oil originated from the outside. How they thought it was acceptable to ship is beyond me and I will avoid having anything shipped from Lowe'...
