Good unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been pleased with our purchase. Internally it is larger than the equivalent sized unit it replaced. The liner is easy to clean. Heating is quick, even, and easy to regulate. The reason for the 4/5 stars is that closing the door is noticeably louder than any other microwave we're owned.

Great ventilation and all around good microwave

I got this microwave to pair with a new Bosch induction range. Despite it not being a dedicated hood, it vents the heat really well, and prevents steam build up when boiling large pots of water. Would certainly buy again!

Great unit!

Bosch 500 Series 2.1 Microwave

So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a great GE Profile microwave for over 20 years and were reluctant to replace it. But so far, the Bosch has been great. Works well, fairly quiet. My only complaint after one month is that tge control pad doesn't light up, so you need to turn on the kitchen light to use it.

500 Series Miscrowave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a Maytag unit with a Bosch 500 Series Microwave. Installed well by the vendor and works excellent. We don't have a use for the metal rack though. Heats food quickly.

Very tinny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They don't make them like they used to. I replaced my 25 year old microwave with the Bosch 500 Series. When you open and close the door it sounds just like a tin can. It works fine. Another critique is the control panel has such small numbers and words you can't see them until you almost put your eyeball on the control panel. It would be nice to have the control panel completely back lit so you can see everything better.

Microwave noisy

The microwave works and heats well. The fan is very noisy In all 4 speeds. The fan runs when the microwave is on so the microwave is noisy.

Long lasting

Great Over-the-Stove Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice and vents well. I only use for reheating, so cannot review the convection feature. My only issue with this microwave is the noise/amount of time the cooling unit runs when time is up.

Seamless install

My neighbor told me stories about how installing microwaves can be a nightmware. Not so for this one. I reused the same mounting plate on the wall, and also the same over-the-cabinet holes for the bolts on the top. Microwave fits perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch microwave is a perfectly sized replacement for the existing space over our stove. The unit works well and the 3 speed fan helps clear the kitchen air (though it is a bit noisy). The finger touch control panel takes a bit of finger pressure to set and is a little more challenging if you have arthritic fingers. The dual lighting works well, especially the brighter setting which seems to illuminate more surface space.
