They stop working after 20 mns

After the first selftap screw , impact drill didn’t wake up until 20 mns after , im planning to return them and get the next gen

I have always enjoyed working with my Bosch 18 volt tools, when they where stolen I updated and bought two sets of 12 volt drill and impact driver, love the impact driver, both drills went out with very little use. I always take good care of my tools, and expect them to last, over the years I have talked many people into buying Bosch, hope they are not as disappointed as I am .

My favorite Drill and Driver

I'm 60 years old I have owned my share of drill/drivers, from the green Makitas of the 80's, 18v Dewalts, 20v Dewalts. Bought this set about 5 years ago. This is my go to tool hands down. The Dewalts sit in the drawer. Don't let the size fool you.

Great combo kit for most household jobs.

Great lightweight but powerful impact driver. I sometimes use the drill to pre-drill holes before using impact driver to screw in large fasteners. The impact driver can be used for 80% of household uses. Would not try to use on a deck or project that used large screws. The only big problem I had is this is the second combo kit that I have purchased. The first lasted about 4 1/2 years. I own income property and used the impact driver for my repair projects. Compact and inexpensive; great value.

This is a great little kit. I use it in my electronics/tech space where my normal full-sized 18V gear would be a bit overkill. Power is completely adequate for the needs of that space. I first became aware of this product when a friend brought his set to an event drywalling for a friend; he was able to keep up easily and the compact package was a really nice bonus. I bought these because they were a good deal. I really like the design, the battery is small and fits into the handle with no protrusions so it makes it very easy to work in small spaces and very easy to handle.

Great Combo set

Impressive 12v set. Will compliment my higher volt collections. Feel great in hand even with my short meathooks. Compact driver is a nice size.
