Plastic hinge broke after 5 months

The plastic hinge that connects the handle to the mop head broke after 5 months.

😞 so sad

I was super happy when I bought this mop/duster!!!I really didn’t need it but wanted it!!I am so upset -I have probably used it a dozen times,I bought extra refill micro pads and everything….it broke this weekend and I’m so upset!!It is unrepairable!!!The part that attaches the head to the handle!!!! I’m scared to invest anymore $ to replace it!!!Niw I have 4 micro cloths that are unusable!!!!I should have gotten way more use out of my mop…🥲🥲

I bought this in June 2024 and in October 2024 the head broke off as I was trying to use it. I only used it a few times so very disappointed in the quality of the mop. Its passed the 90 days to return it to Lowes and Bona wants you to ship the broken one back at my expense.

Awful Product

Worthless! Broke in a few months! ALL pads were awful and would NOT pick anything up! It would only Push the DIRT around and I use a hand held brush and Pan to pick up the dirt! Will not buy again and I don't recommend this product at all !

Fantastic Mop

The pad that it comes with literally picks up any additional dirt or hair left behind on the surface. When you have a fluffy dog like mine, you will love using this mop, makes cleaning more easy!

Was excited to receive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat sheds constantly and I was excited to receive this through Influenster in exchange for an honest review. It’s way better than a Swiffer. Although I do think it’s an upgraded Swiffer. It picks up more than a Swiffer, but also leaves debris behind needed swept into a dustpan with a regular broom. Both sweeping pad and mop pad are easily attachable with Velcro. This is a must of you have pets! Highly recommended!

Accessible and Easy

Sustainable and safe option for families
