Would Not RecommendIts poor design causes more gas spillage than the simple old designs it was supposed to improve on. Think Valdez. The spout valve has to be pushed in forcefully by hand in order to have any flow. This causes gas to get onto your hands, makes it an awkward 2 hand procedure to pour, makes it hard to control how much is poured resulting in spillage on your garden power tool and onto your lawn. Would RecommendThe valve release collar is a bit cumbersome until you get used to it. That being said, it works beautifully avoiding spills while filling equipment and while storing and transporting fuel.

Diffilcult to use!
Would Not RecommendThese new EPA approved cans are so hard to use. It really takes 3 hands to use given one is used to hold the can. The can has to be inverted (of course) then the side piece needs to be retracted with other hand so fuel comes out. And because it is not vented, the fuel comes out in spurts, splashing around on you and machinery. Ended up taking the entire spout off and using an old fashion funnel. I do like the 2 gallon size though. Easier to carry around and transport compared to larger sizes.

Over Engineered and Over Priced
Would Not RecommendReally just wanted a cheap basic gas can but this was what I got. Have never seen a safety mechanism like the one the nozzle has and hope I never do again, it's like you have to twist and depress it, I end up doing it with my hand then pouring. After all the work the can leaks anyway at the base where you screw the nozzle on. Not a fan of this can.
