Worst piece of junk ever

Apparently the wannabe engineer that designed this spill proof gas can has never used a gas can. This stupid thing leaks all over the place. This project creates the problem that it was trying to solve.

Convenient size

Found this can in the clearance area for $5.00. Couldn't pass it up. 1 gallon size is perfect for mixing 2 cycle fuel, very convenient.

This can is so frustrating

When I initially set the thing up, it was a pain just to get the nozzle out. Then, there's this awful mechanism you have to push against what you're trying to put gas in in order for anything to flow. Which worked (sort of, but kind of annoyingly) for while until now it barely lets any gas through. This thing is a piece of junk. Don't buy it.

Easy To Use Gas Can

Good and solid

Nothing beats the old style can but this is a close contender.

Pour Spout

Great gas can, but the pour spout could Be designed better. When I use the spout, I tend to spill more gas then put in my mower. You have to push down too hard in order for the gas to flow out.

Good can for small batches of pre-mix

Small lid stays on relatively well and tank holds pressure from swelling and shrinking exceptionally well for the rollercoaster temperatures in Oklahoma.

I returned this product- just wanted a gas can-not a jigsaw puzzle

Perfect 2-cycle can

Ideal size for mixing 2-cycle gas for gas trimmer or blower. Easy to see fill level through plastic. Top is a little tricky to use. Took me a second to learn how to get it to work without spilling gas on myself or the tool. I'd prefer the old fashion spigot.

Purchased a Gas Can

Needed a gas can in a hurry. First thought: go to Lowe’s. I’m sure they have it. Bought a great gas can for a reasonable price. Very well made. Exactly what I needed.

garbage

Lowes? Are you listening to this and all the other reviews? This product is garbage. Find a better product. You used to sell a pretty decent one. I know I have one. I bought this can to use at my cabin for a chainsaw. After I finish with what is in it, it is going to the dump. I'll pay more for something that works. But not a Lowes.

Not a fan

Holds gas as designed but the pour spout is a real pain especially it tight spaces

Not user friendly.

I bought this to hold gas for a 2 stroke engine. Makes a good gas can for mixing, but the pollution control mechanism is self defeating. When filling a small tank, it is cumbersome and clumsy. The gas overflows the tank quickly and spills along the outside of the tank. I think this is more gas escaping than a conventional nozzle. Not sure this is really helping the environment.

I mean its a gas can, it holds gas. No leaks so 5 stars I guess...
