Poorly designed lid

This product works fine if you can get the container open. The lid is not at all designed for an elderly person with arthritic hands. I finally had to resort to using a knife to cut off the safety tabs. I will probably not buy this product again because of this.

Green Color and White Color Versions

I've bought the Tree and Shrub 12 month protect product(liquid) for years. The prior purchases were green in color. I recently bought this product and it was a milky white color. It doesn't look the same nor does it smell the same. I thought there was a mistake in production but found out you had two different color versions. Love the results! Treated an infected oak tree. Within 2 weeks, the tree recovered.

Needed more information prior to buying

I could find very little information regarding the amount to use online. Once I had the product, the information is on the label. While I think the product is great and very effective, the information prior to buying could have saved me another 60-mile trip to the store to buy more. Would it be possible to picture all the label pages on your website? Thanks!!

Right Choice so far.

I treat a large grouping of ash, most 23” diameter. We were fortunate to find this product at the start of emerald ash borer signs. We saved our trees, neighbors all lost theirs. It is costly treating 14 large trees, but cutting them down would cost more and destroy the beauty. I hope in the long term we made the right choice.

Wonderful Product - Helped with tree bugs

Great product. Bought it to help with aphids and scale on our trees in California. Loved this product. Unfortunately can't purchase it in California anymore (went down a wormhole to figure this out). Please come out with a California friendly replacement product!

Confused about cup or 1/4 cup

how do I know 1 cup or 1/4 cup? ?? can I use the cap as a cup?

Not For Linden Trees.

I have been using this on my trees for many years but only noticed the warning not to use it on Linden trees this year. I may have killed one of my Lindens and am glad I noticed the warning before applying it to the remaining Linden tree this year. There should be a prominent warning on the main label for this, not hidden down in other labels.

Borers beware!

Purchased when we got borers in a beautiful Texas Ebony that grows outside our home entrance. We thought the tree might be lost, but the Protect and Feed cleared it up in no time and now the tree looks healthier than ever. I can't recommend this product highly enough.

This product works.

I have used this product for four years. It’s a once a year application that fertilizes and keeps my Crape Myrtle tree which is huge from diseases and pest. Works very well.

unreadable directions

Bought this, got it home and tried to read directions...printed on paper that is not water resistant and all stuck together. I tried to find directions on your website and no detail found. Obviously, this product got wet prior to my purchasing, but if using at home, around water, the same thing could happen....Please print on something more durable and water resistant, and for heaven's sake have the directions on the web site! (or more easily found...I'm still looking)

Product is very easy to use.

Have used this product every year for the past 7 years . It was recommended by our arborist. Our crab apple tree seems to thrive. The winters here are harsh but the tree bounces back each spring.
